Hotel
The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seattle near Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, Pike Place Market and upscale shopping. The hotel in Seattle is also just 20 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport. The Destination fee has been waived for Annual Conference Attendees. Please make reservations on or before the cutoff date of May 16, 2025.
If you need a room for Saturday night and are unable to book the room on the hotel site, please email kathleen.latorre@narc.org. The hotel is releasing rooms as they become available, so we are maintaining a waiting list. Please provide guest’s name, the dates desired, and if the guest is willing to stay at another hotel on Saturday night and move to the Renaissance for the conference dates.

Alaska Airlines is generously extending conference registrants a 5% discount off Alaska or Horizon Airline flights. Discount details are included in your registration confirmation email.

When registering for the conference, pick from an array of engaging mobile tour options. Spend Sunday afternoon on the water cruising Seattle’s Working Waterfront or get an inside look into the future of flight at Boeing’s Airplane Factory. On Tuesday afternoon, browse Pike Place Market with preservation and development experts or explore Capitol Hill’s Transit-Oriented Development.
