Lehigh Valley Planning Commission: US Route 22: Mobility, Safety and Congestion Management Plan Request for Proposal

The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, Pennsylvania, is accepting proposals for a one-time contract to perform certain professional (consulting) services work for the 23-mile portion of U.S. Route 22 limited access freeway from I-78 in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County to the Pennsylvania/New Jersey border in the City of Easton, Northampton County.  This project is formally known as the ‘U.S. Route 22: Mobility, Safety and Congestion Management Plan’ and colloquially known as the ‘What to Do With 22 Plan’. Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization – Household Travel Survey

The Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (WAMPO) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare, implement, and generate data, analyses, and reports from a Household Travel Survey of the WAMPO Travel Demand Model region, during the period of November 2025 through December 2027. The selected consultant will provide services to WAMPO for a single engagement, in accordance with city, state, and federal regulations as applied to governmental units, at a cost not to exceed $1,500,000, contingent upon the continued availability of a sufficient quantity of the federal grant funding that supports this and all other projects undertaken by WAMPO.
