We have been reading this great book and seeing so many parallels of the spiritually abusive system (and narc-elder) we endured. We will take snippets of this book and see how they apply to our experiences. This will be helpful educationally and spiritually.

I’ve talked with several professionals regarding this topic – it’s becoming epidemic. This abuse has to stop. We have to stand up against this and expose it.

Our ex narc-‘elder’ would use ALL of these techniques as part of his brainwashing, gaslighting and other techniques to abuse and control people.

This video is SO important!!! I would only add, … DO NOT announce to the CULT LEADER or the rest of the CULT members that you are leaving UNTIL you have your plan laid out and ready to execute. In our experience, our ex narc-‘elder’ would try to *destroy you with pleasure* BEFORE you could share any truth with the fellowship or why you are leaving. Again, it’s so important to have a plan *BEFORE* others or the cult leader find out.
